Dr. Khue Vu Nguyen (born at Hà Nội, Việt Nam) is currently collaborating for research work
with the Center for Molecular Biophysics from Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique,
CNRS, at Orleans, 45071 Orleans, France. He was Visiting Professor in the School of Medical
Imaging, Jiangsu Medical College, Yancheng, 224005, China – Medical Imaging Institute of
Jiangsu Medical College, Yancheng, 224005, China. He was also Full Project Scientist in the
Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics, University of California, San Diego, School of
Medicine, San Diego, California 92103, U.S.A. He has worked as Scientist in different French
and U.S. Research Institutions and Companies. He has studied at University Louis Pasteur,
Strasbourg, France: B.S. in Biochemistry; M.S. in Molecular Biology; First Ph.D. in
Macromolecular Physical Chemistry; Second Ph.D. in Physical Sciences (Doctor of Science,
D.Sc., in Physics: Doctorat d’Etat ès Sciences Physiques). He is author and co-author of
numerous publications and holder of many patents. He was a recipient of the foreign expert

Dr Weiping Qin is an Assistant Professor in Accounting and Finance at UCL Global Business School for Health, University College London, where she also serves as Route Leader for Healthcare Management in the BSc/MSci Business and Health programme. Her research lies at the intersection of finance, healthcare systems, and risk analytics, with a particular focus on how ESG risks, climate-related incidents, and emerging uncertainties influence organisational performance and decision-making. Her recent work explores the role of data-driven approaches in understanding risk, resilience, and operational outcomes, with growing relevance to healthcare management and policy contexts. Dr Qin has extensive experience in higher education teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration, and is committed to advancing research that informs evidence-based decision-making in complex systems such as healthcare.

Razvodovsky Yury Evgeny, MD, PhD. Head of the Department of biomedical problems of alcoholism in the Institute of Biochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Professor of International Academy of Sobriety. He has worked as associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry and a senior research scientist in the Scientific Laboratory (Alcohol and Drug-Related Problems Research Group) at the Grodno State Medical University (Belarus). He has published more than 1000 papers in English and Russian language and 30 monographs. He is a founding member of the International Society of Addiction Medicine (ISAM), presiding member of the International Academy of Sobriety (IAS), national representative for Belarus of World Suicidology Net and is an active member of National Association of Psychiatrists. His research interests include different aspects of alcohol and drug-related problems.

Dr. Atiqur Rahman Khan, MBBS, MD, MRCPS, FRCP (UK), MSc (Neonatology – ongoing, University of Southampton, UK) is a Senior Specialist Pediatrician and Neonatologist with over 18 years of extensive clinical, academic, and research experience in neonatal and pediatric medicine.
Currently practicing under the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia, Dr. Khan has established himself as a clinician–academic with a strong focus on advancing evidence-based neonatal care in both high- and resource-variable settings. His clinical expertise spans neonatal intensive care, respiratory and circulatory support, neonatal pharmacology, and neuroprotection, with particular emphasis on optimizing therapeutic strategies in critically ill neonates.
Dr. Khan is actively engaged in academic scholarship and international research dissemination. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, contributed to book chapters, and serves as a peer reviewer for internationally recognized medical journals, including Cureus Journal of Medical Science. His scholarly work reflects a commitment to bridging the gap between clinical research and bedside practice, particularly in the evolving field of precision medicine in neonatology.
He maintains a strong global academic presence through platforms such as Google Scholar, ResearchGate, ORCID, and SSRN, contributing to ongoing scientific dialogue and knowledge exchange. In addition to his research activities, he is deeply involved in medical education, mentoring healthcare professionals, and promoting continuous professional development.
Dr. Khan is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and holds multiple professional memberships, reflecting his commitment to excellence, leadership, and international collaboration in pediatric and neonatal healthcare.
His current academic pursuit in Neonatology at the University of Southampton further strengthens his focus on integrating advanced clinical pharmacology, precision medicine, and evidence-based interventions into neonatal practice worldwide.
Dr. Khan’s work is driven by a vision to improve neonatal outcomes through innovation, research collaboration, and the global advancement of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Sinisa Franjic graduated from the Faculty of Law. The thesis entitled "Legal aspects of information systems" was defended by Summa Cum Laude. Since 1992., he work as a journalist - freelance contributor. Until today, he wrote 70 books, two chapters in the books, two scripts, and over 800 scientific papers. The successful defense of the doctoral dissertation on the topic of criminal law called "The Criminal Justice and Forensic Aspects of Computer Criminality", he received a Ph.D. degree in the area of Criminal law and Criminalistics/Forensics.He completed his postdoctoral training in the field of Palliative Care at the Universidad de Navarra.

Dr. Uqbah Iqbal is a distinguished historian, researcher, and academic from Malaysia, recognized for his exceptional contributions to historical studies and lifelong learning. He received the MyBrain 15 (MyPhD) Scholarship from the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education and became the youngest Ph.D. holder in History at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He has authored numerous books and published extensively in international and national journals.
Dr. Uqbah has also served on the editorial boards of various academic journals and has organized hundreds of international conferences worldwide. His achievements include receiving the Best Researcher Award and Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Research Awards on Science, Health and Engineering 2019. Beyond academics, he is widely recognized for his dedication to continuous learning, completing thousands of online courses and earning global recognition on platforms such as Udemy and Alison.

Hao Yang is a PhD with professional qualifications as a National Level-3 Health Manager and
National Level-4 Reproductive Health Counselor.
 He has been selected for the Chengdu “Young Eagle Program” Youth Science and Technology Talent
Pool and serves as a committee member of the Obstetrics Specialty Committee of the STAR guideline
evaluation system, as well as a young reviewer for the CSCIED Core Scientific Journal Evaluation
Database.
 He is an editorial board member of BMC Medical Education and International Journal of Clinical
Case Reports and Reviews, and also serves as a reviewer for several international journals, including
Frontiers in Psychology, Nurse Education in Practice, BMJ Open, and Applied Psychology: Health
and Well-Being.
 His research interests focus on medical education, psychology and behavior in vulnerable and special
populations, psychotherapy, health promotion, and health education.
 As first author, he has published 12 papers in SCI-indexed and leading Chinese journals, led 21
research projects at provincial, municipal, and departmental levels, and obtained 23 authorized utility
model and invention patents as first inventor. He has received 46 honors and awards, including
multiple first prizes in international and provincial nursing innovation competitions
